Jalsah Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 September 2026

1. Who we are and how to contact us

This Privacy Policy explains how Jalsah (جلسة), provided by Saf Creative House, handles personal information when you use the Jalsah mobile app, its online multiplayer features, and contact us about the app. It also covers inquiries submitted through the Saf Creative House website.

Privacy contact: jalsah@safcreative.com
Website: https://www.safcreative.com
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

2. Information we process

Player profile and preferences:

The app creates a player record linked to a device-derived identifier, even when you do not sign up with an email address or password. We process the nickname, selected avatar, and game interests you choose to provide, together with settings, coin balance, rewards, streaks, and unlocked content. You may use a nickname instead of your real name. Not providing optional profile information may limit personalization but does not prevent basic play.

Device and usage information:

We process app and device identifiers, device model, operating-system and app versions, language or country settings, app-opening times, screen interactions, games and categories played, session activity, and interactions with offers and notifications. Integrated services may also process IP addresses, network information, advertising identifiers where available, and approximate location derived from an IP address. The app uses device-integrity checks, such as checks for rooted or jailbroken devices and developer mode. The Android app includes location permissions through a dependency; its current game flows do not request precise device location. Approximate location derived by service providers is separate from GPS location.

Multiplayer information:

When you host or join a room, we process room identifiers and codes, player identifiers, nicknames, avatars, host status, participation and connection status, questions, submitted answers, votes, reactions, scores, and game progress. Other people in the room can see information needed for play, including your nickname, avatar, VIP indicator, and answers or results when revealed. Do not put private or sensitive information into a nickname or game answer. Sharing a room code may allow other people to join.

Purchases and virtual items:

Google Play or Apple's App Store processes payments. The app processes product and transaction identifiers, purchase status, subscription entitlements and expiry information, virtual-coin transactions, rewards, and purchased content to deliver and restore eligible purchases and resolve problems. We do not receive your full payment-card number or card security code from these stores.

Advertising and campaign information:

Advertising and measurement services process ad impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion, ad diagnostics, installs, referral and campaign information, app activity, and device or advertising identifiers. These records may be linked to the app's player identifier. Advertising providers may use information for ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Diagnostics and notifications.:

Firebase services process crash and error reports, diagnostic information, installation identifiers, and notification delivery information. Notification services use a device registration token to deliver messages. You can control notification permission in your device settings.

Messages and website inquiries:

If you email us or submit a website form, we process the name, email address, business details, message, and any attachments you provide, as applicable. The website's hosting provider also processes technical request information needed to serve and protect the website and may use cookies or similar technologies. Please do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.

3. Why we use information

We use information to operate games and multiplayer rooms; remember player preferences and progress; manage coins, rewards, purchases, and subscriptions; deliver notifications; provide and measure advertising; understand how people discover and use Jalsah; diagnose errors and improve performance; detect misuse; respond to support and privacy requests; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing is based on providing the service you request, consent where required, compliance with legal obligations, or a legitimate interest where that basis is permitted and does not override your rights. Optional permissions can be refused. This policy is a notice about data practices; reading it or using the app does not replace any separate consent required by law.

4. Who receives information

We use the following services. The information a particular service receives depends on the features used, platform, device permissions, and service configuration:

-

Google Firebase, including Cloud Firestore, Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging: hosting player and game records, app analytics, crash reporting, and notifications. [Firebase privacy information](https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).

Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads: advertising delivery, measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

AppLovin, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network: advertising services integrated through mediation. These providers may receive device identifiers, IP/network information, ad interactions, and related technical information when their services operate. Their use may include advertising on other apps, devices, or platforms, as described in their notices. [AppLovin privacy information](https://legal.applovin.com/privacy/), [Unity game-player privacy information](https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy), and [Meta Privacy Policy](https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/).

AppsFlyer: installation and campaign attribution, marketing measurement, and app-event analysis, using device and advertising identifiers, the app's player identifier, technical information, and attribution events. [AppsFlyer customer-data information](https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/processing-customer-data/).

Google Play and Apple App Store: payments, purchase handling, and subscription management. [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and [Apple Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

Wix, which hosts our website: website delivery and form submissions. [Wix Privacy Policy](https://www.wix.com/about/privacy).

Some providers process data on our behalf; others also process data for purposes described in their own privacy notices. Their policies supplement, rather than replace, this explanation of Jalsah's practices.

Information may also be available to people administering and supporting Jalsah as needed for their work, to other room participants as described above, or to authorities when disclosure is legally required. If you choose a sharing feature, the information you share goes to the app or recipient you select. External websites and social platforms handle information under their own policies.

5. Storage, international processing, and security

Information is stored on your device and in services used to run Jalsah. Cloud, analytics, advertising, and support providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia, including in countries with different data-protection rules. Any international transfer must satisfy applicable legal requirements.

The app uses Firebase's encrypted network connections for its cloud database and maintains local storage for preferences and cached information. These technical measures do not make information completely immune from loss or unauthorized access. Contact us if you believe information associated with Jalsah has been exposed or misused.

6. How long information is kept

Retention depends on what the information is used for. Player records, balances, and entitlements support continued use and purchase recovery. Multiplayer records support game operation and investigation of game problems. Purchase and support records may be needed for transaction reconciliation, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Analytics, advertising, and diagnostic records are also subject to provider retention settings and policies.

We do not promise that closing a room or uninstalling the app immediately deletes these records. You can request deletion as explained below. Our retention policy is to keep identifiable information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or an applicable legal requirement, and then delete it or make it no longer identifiable. Where a legitimate legal or security reason requires continued retention after a deletion request, we will explain the relevant category and reason. Backup copies may remain until the provider's backup retention cycle expires.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, or deletion. You may also withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent and exercise objection or restriction rights where available. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can contact us with a complaint and may complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) where applicable.

You can change optional profile details through available app controls, turn notifications off in device settings, and manage advertising or tracking controls provided by your operating system. On iOS, tracking permission is managed through Apple's tracking controls. Available Android advertising controls depend on the device and OS version. These controls do not necessarily stop essential service processing or all analytics. The app's display/privacy settings are not a general switch for disabling third-party data collection.

To request deletion of your Jalsah player record and associated personal information, email Jalsah@safcreative.com with the subject “Jalsah — Data deletion request.” You may use the same address for access, correction, or other privacy requests. Include your platform, app nickname, and enough information to help us locate the relevant record. If you have a relevant purchase, an order reference may help; do not send full payment details. We may ask for proportionate additional information to identify the device-linked record and verify that the request is yours. A nickname alone may not uniquely identify a player.

Deletion may remove progress, coins, and entitlements associated with that record. Uninstalling removes some local data but does not itself request server-side deletion. Deleting a player record does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; manage or cancel subscriptions through the store. If you use Jalsah again after deletion, a new player record may be created.

8. Children

Jalsah is intended for people aged 13 and older. It is not intended for children under 13. If local law requires parental or guardian authorization for a young person's use or data processing, that requirement also applies. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through Jalsah, contact us at jalsah@safcreative.com so we can investigate and arrange appropriate deletion. Please do not provide a child's sensitive documents unless specifically needed to handle the request securely.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Jalsah's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
