2010
The College Kickoff

I stepped into college with a creative spark and an obsession with design. What started as a passion for visuals soon evolved into something deeper—a fascination with how creativity can solve problems and drive strategy.

2013

Dive into the World of Design​
​
Two years into college, I launched SAF Creative House—a creative studio where I brought brands to life through identity design, content creation, and media production. It became a space where visuals met purpose

​"I may or may not have spent more time perfecting logos than studying for exams… but hey, priorities!"


2015

Graduated with a First Class Honor

I kicked off my career as a Graphic and Media Designer, working across agencies where I honed my craft, explored different mediums.
​
I developed the Jalsah and Bsr3ah apps, which surpassed 9 million downloads!
This milestone marked my evolution from designer to product creator and fueled my passion for building user-centric digital experiences with real cultural impact.

2016
The Teaching Twist
​
While running my agency, I also found myself in the classroom, rebuilding syllabus and teaching Graphic Design & Digital Media. It was a great way to share my journey and help students find their creative voice.



2017
The Game-Changer
​
Somewhere along the way, I dove into game design—not just to create entertainment, but to build games that celebrated culture, bonding, and shared moments. I also worked at an events and advertising agency, where I led the design of event branding, media, and promotional campaigns that brought people together in meaningful ways.

​It was a fun, fulfilling time that pushed me to blend play, purpose, and storytelling.




2018
The Business Leap ​
I stepped into government privatization, diving into business, economics, and B2B marketing during the early days of Vision 2030. I personally created the flagship launch video for privatization in Saudi Arabia.
This chapter taught me how to blend creativity with business strategy, turning ideas into impact at a national scale.



2019
From Creative Visionary to Customer Experience Nerd

With hands-on experience across marketing, creative design, media, content, and gaming, I eventually stepped into the world of Customer Experience—a space where everything I’d learned came together.
Rooted in a creative background, I had a strong foundation in user-centric design, and my knowledge in digital marketing gave me a complete view of the customer journey—from awareness to advocacy.
I went on to shape the MySTC experience and map STC customers’ journeys, turning insights into tangible improvements that enhanced both digital touchpoints and overall satisfaction.


2022
Designing Dreams: Transforming the Tourism Experience

And then came tourism—the cherry on top of my career journey! I dove into designing unforgettable, end-to-end visitor experiences.
​
Having built entertainment-driven apps, I already understood how to create engaging, joyful interactions that spark curiosity, emotion, and cultural pride—a mindset I carried into every tourism experience I shaped.
​
Across B2C, B2B, and B2E products, I built experiences from the ground up.
This phase was fast-paced and full of shifting priorities. My ability to adapt quickly, lead cross-functional teams, and drive collaboration helped us deliver memorable experiences at every touchpoint.
